The International Referral Blueprint

The Four Pillars Scorecard

Four questions every referring agent quietly asks before they trust you with a buyer. This isn't a test you pass or fail. It's a way to see what you already do well, and the one thing worth working on next.

Twenty statements, four pillars. Score each one, and your pillar totals and score out of 40 add up automatically. Go with your first instinct.

What your score means

34–40 Ready, but invisible

You'd serve an American buyer beautifully. The right referral partners don't know you exist. Your work is connection, not capability.

26–33 Strong, with one soft spot

Most of this is already how you work. One pillar is quieter than the rest, and it's the one a referring agent notices first.

18–25 Building

The instincts are there and the systems are catching up. Pick your lowest pillar and give it ninety days.

0–17 Early, and that's honest

Nobody starts out fluent in this. All of it is learnable, and knowing which part to learn first is most of the advantage.

Your one change

Your weakest pillar isn't a failing grade. It's your next ninety days.

Look at your four pillar scores. The lowest one is where a little work changes the most. Write down the single thing you'll change this week.

When you're ready

Most agents find a gap here they already suspected. If you'd like to be considered for U.S. relocation clients in your market, apply and we'll review your application.

It doesn't commit you to anything. It starts a conversation about your market and whether it's a fit.

Participation in any referral network is subject to application and eligibility. This is not a guarantee of leads, referrals or income.
